A structured scenario planning and futures mapping workshop. Participants map the forces shaping a sector, construct plausible futures, and produce a sector futures scenario document they can use immediately.
An intensive bootcamp that helps students and practitioners decode national policy priorities, understand what they demand from sectors on the ground, and produce a structured brief that bridges policy intent and practical implementation.
