Dear Partner,
We are pleased to introduce GBOX Imagination Labs—intensive two-day strategic foresight sprints designed specifically for universities, government teams, and corporate organizations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
An Imagination Lab is not an awareness seminar or a theoretical workshop. It is a high-velocity working sprint where a cross-functional cohort of 15 to 25 participants takes the controls of a real national problem, works backwards from target horizons (2032–2040), stress-tests policy and technological moves against systemic data, and closes by presenting a ranked portfolio to leadership, faculty, and invited stakeholders.
How the 48-Hour Sprint Operates:
The cohort maps where the problem actually lives: where resources originate, flow, and get lost. Real data, real frictions, identified collaboratively with participants rather than for them.
Scenarios engineered backwards from future target years. The sprint closes with the cohort defending a priced, ranked strategic position before people who own the problem.
Every team leaves the room with a tangible, sequenced portfolio and a published Field Note deposited in the GBOX Futures Observatory, creating an enduring public artifact of your cohort's strategic thinking.
In addition to our core national simulation engines, your institution can commission a bespoke sprint. The cohort works a live strategic challenge set by your leadership (e.g. institutional decarbonization, regional supply chain resilience, or AI curriculum integration), with all actionable data and published Field Notes returning directly to your organization.
We invite you to explore bringing an Imagination Lab to your campus or leadership team. Cohorts running sprints ahead of mid-2027 directly position their talent and research ahead of major regional milestones including the UN Water Conference Riyadh 2027 and Expo 2030.
