The Impact Fellowship Program is the world's most practical sustainability consulting experience for university students. Fellows work through structured modules and deliver a live consulting output for an industry partner — in 2 to 3 weeks.
Fellows build capability progressively through three structured modules, then apply everything directly to a capstone project set by an industry partner. The output is not an exercise. It goes to a real organisation.
Fellows develop a working understanding of the key sustainability frameworks, tools, and concepts that underpin consulting practice — ESG, systems thinking, materiality, and stakeholder mapping.
Fellows learn how to structure a consulting engagement: defining the problem, gathering and analysing evidence, building a structured argument, and communicating findings to decision-makers.
Fellows develop sector-specific intelligence relevant to their capstone brief — understanding the industry landscape, the regulatory environment, and the sustainability challenges their partner is navigating.
Each cohort is assigned a sustainability challenge by an industry partner. Fellows apply everything from the three modules to produce a consulting deliverable that the company can actually use. This is not a simulation. The brief is real, the partner is real, and the output is real.
At the end of the fellowship, each team presents their findings directly to the partner company. The deliverable is structured, evidence-based, and ready to use — not a student assignment.
For Fellows, this is the difference between having a theoretical understanding of sustainability consulting and having done it.
The fellowship is designed for two groups. Students who want a real sustainability consulting experience, and universities that want to give their students one.
No prior sustainability experience is required. The modules build what you need. What is required is the willingness to think rigorously, work in a team, and present your findings with confidence.
The Impact Fellowship can be run as a co-curricular programme, embedded in an existing module, or delivered as a standalone experience. No curriculum changes are required to deploy it.
Students can register interest now for the 2026 KSA and UAE cohorts. Universities and institutions can contact us to discuss commissioning a programme for your students.
